Three Easy Steps to Get Started
Step One ~ Contact us to see if your event parameters (date, size) can be met:
Angel Keefer at 303-339-3509 ~ for all special events that take place in the clubhouse or pool area.
Steve Beach at 303-781-3525 ~ if it is a golf tournament that you are interesting in scheduling.
Step Two ~ Secure your date, room, & food and beverage for the event.
Please review the Preliminary Event Contract along with the Menu Options ranging from plated dinner menus, buffets, carver buffets, lunch menus, to breakfast menus. Note that Chef Penelope can also assist in the menu planning process and offer the option of creating special menus for the event.
Step Three ~ Fine tune the details of your event.
Work with our Catering Director, Angel, to create the most memorable and spectacular event that you deserve.
