Whether you are a season golfer who enjoys service and company, or a beginning golfer trying to learn more about the game, playing with a caddie can enhance your golf experience at Glenmoor.
During the peak season (April - October) Glenmoor Caddies are available to members anytime they golf regardless if you are walking or renting a cart. Members can request a traditional caddie for themselves or request a "Fore Caddie" to be shared with either 2, 3, or 4 players.
What will a Caddie do for you? They will repair divots, rake bunkers, locate balls, provide yardage, keep your clubs clean, and improve your pace of play.
Depending on the "level" of caddie you request you could also receive course knowledge, rules, and club selection advice.
Note: You need to have already made a tee time prior to requesting a caddie!
Levels of Caddies
Fore Caddie (where 2, 3, or 4 players share one caddie). Fore Caddies are great for golfers who ride in golf carts or have guests who haven't played Glenmoor much. While a Fore Caddie does not carry your bag, they will keep a group's clubs clean, locate golf balls, help with yardage, replace divots, rake bunkers, and tend pins. A group may request a Fore Caddie to place themselves ahead of the group on a particular hole to better observe where balls land. The group can also request that the caddie stay closer to the players attending to their needs. Fore Caddies benefit the entire golf course by improving pace of play and course conditions.
